    Mariana Vargas Guizar is Head of Unscripted Content at Dynamo and has 20 years of experience in the Latin American audiovisual industry. Throughout her career, she has created, developed, and supervised entertainment formats such as reality shows, docuseries, contests, and talent shows in Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.

    Before joining Dynamo, she was Head of Entertainment/Content at Televisa-Univision for four years, leading successful projects for mass audiences. She has also worked in global production companies as Content Director and Showrunner.

    At Dynamo, Mariana leads the creation and production of entertainment formats for streaming platforms and broadcast television in Mexico, Colombia, and Spain.

    Projects

    Julieta Brunero is the Head of Scripted Content at Dynamo, based in Mexico City. She holds a degree in Communications with a specialization in Journalism from the Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has over 18 years of international experience developing series, movies, television programs, and multiplatform content.

    Julieta has worked across Latin America, the United States, and Europe throughout her career, leading multicultural teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships. Known for her strategic and creative approach, she has driven innovative content initiatives and was recognized with a Promax Award.

    She has held key roles at major companies such as Netflix, The Walt Disney Company, and most recently, TIS Studios/Paramount Global, where she served as Director of Content.

    Julieta leads the scripted content strategy at Dynamo for streaming platforms and broadcast television in Colombia, Mexico, and Spain.

    Projects

    Daniela Gómez leads project development for Dynamo Mexico, where she drives the company's creative and strategic growth in one of the most dynamic markets in the audiovisual industry.

    Daniela is a screenwriter with a degree in Communication and Audiovisual Media and a Master's Degree in Film and Television Scriptwriting, a background she has complemented with more than 13 years of professional experience in the audiovisual sector in Mexico and Madrid. Her work as a screenwriter has led her to collaborate with important content platforms in Mexico (Netflix, Amazon, and ViX), and she has won several awards for her writing, including an Ariel for Best Feature Film Screenplay in 2024 and a nomination for an International Emmy for Best Feature Film.

    Laura Rojas leads project development in Colombia, where she plays a strategic role in the identification, analysis, and support of new creative proposals. From her position, Laura is in charge of the search for talents, intellectual properties, and concepts that nurture Dynamo's pipeline.

    A specialist in Languages and Cultural Studies with a focus on Journalism, Laura has more than 8 years of experience in the creation and development of written content for the audiovisual sector. Her academic background and editorial sensitivity allow her to detect stories with narrative, cultural, and commercial potential, that align with Dynamo's vision and market demands.

  • ARANTXA SÁNCHEZ

    ARANTXA SÁNCHEZ

    FICTION CONTENT COORDINATOR

    Projects

    Arantxa brings over a decade of experience in the audiovisual industry, with background as a screenwriter, educator, film critic, and independent film distributor. She has collaborated on projects for Prime Video, Editorial Santillana, and Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as various festivals and specialized media. She stands out for her strong background in content development, backed by strategic vision, narrative expertise, partnership management, and effective communication.

    In this role, Arantxa will support the creative processes of the content department: she will assist in researching industry trends and strategic talent, participate in story analysis and selection, and guide the writing processes for both in-house and client developments, aiming to help stories evolve and connect seamlessly with audiences.
