Miguel is a film and tv producer with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. He has worked on titles like Orbit 9, Loving Pablo, The Endless Trench and Sin límites. As of 2022, he joined Dynamo as an executive producer seeking to lead the growth, development and the positioning of Dynamo's Spain office.

Mariana has worked in television creation, development, and production for over 25 years. She has worked for FTA TV Channels, cable companies, and independent production companies in Colombia, Miami, and Spain. Her career started as the Programming Director and Content Manager for Cenpro Televisión. She was the Creative Head for hits such as ¿Por qué diablos? and El siguiente programa. She was Head of Production at Caracol Television and Head of Fiction at Grundy in Spain. Later, she became Director Manager, and Partner of Big Bang Media. In 2015, she returned to Colombia and held senior positions at Discovery Channel and RCN Television as VP of Content. Mariana became an Associate Producer in Laberinto to create and develop original fiction premium series. She is currently an Executive Producer at Dynamo.

Carol Trussell has a long history in both content development and production. She has produced network, cable, and streaming series over the past twenty-five years. In 2012, Carol joined Gaumont Television as Head of Production. There, she oversaw the production of Hannibal, Hemlock Grove, F is for Family, and Narcos, where she started her relationship with Dynamo.

In 2018, Carol joined the launch of Apple TV+. She oversaw the building of the platform as well as the production of the original slate of shows, including The Morning Show, See, and For All Mankind. Carol has been instrumental in the building of Apple Studios and the expansion of content on the Platform. As Head of Production, Carol has led a team that has overseen and produced such series as Foundation, Severance, Pachinko, Invasion, Black Bird, and Ted Lasso. Carol also served as a Producer on Disclaimer, The New Look, and Franklin, all for Apple TV+.

In late 2024, Carol retired from Apple. She is currently a consultant at Dynamo and other studios. She has received many honors for her expertise in producing quality entertainment around the world. Carol received the Chevalier of Arts and Letters from the French Government for her work in France.

Andrés is a graduate of the Universidad Javeriana in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Marketing from CESA and a GLOBAL MBA from the Egade Business School of the Tecnológico de Monterrey. 

He has 23 years of international experience in leadership, design, implementation, and execution of commercial, marketing, product, service, and business strategies focused on sustainable and profitable business growth. For three and a half years, he served as Vice President and Country Manager of FOX/Estudios Teleméxico in Mexico executing operational, sales, service, and product strategies and generating growth within the audiovisual and production services industry. In 2020, he joined Dynamo as COO, seeking to guide the team towards achieving strategic objectives. 

Juan Camilo is a business administrator from Los Andes University (Colombia), specializing in corporate finance from CESA (Colombia), and has an MBA from IE Business School (Spain).

Juan has 20 years of international professional experience in Europe and Latin America, with the last 13 serving as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Before Dynamo, he worked for 6 years in the pharmaceutical industry, leading the finance department in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Before that, he worked in the private equity industry in Colombia, Peru, and Spain, both in portfolio companies (as CFO) and from the fund itself, successfully executing significant investments and divestments during that experience.

Juan is passionate about finance, strategy, and leadership, always focusing on being a business partner to the organization and making finance simple, understandable, and approachable for different areas.

When he is not supporting the organization in achieving its goals, he enjoys preparing for marathons (his objective is to complete the Abbot World Marathon Majors) and spending time with his family, wife, and son.

Laura is a lawyer with over ten years of experience in multicultural environments and strategic sectors, including energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, finance, and insurance. She holds an MBA from IE Business School and an LL.M. in Law from Northwestern University. She has worked at firms such as Brigard Urrutia and Martinez Quintero, as well as in the corporate sector with Naturgy Energy Group in Spain.

Laura leads the strategy, structure, and negotiation of projects while also providing legal and commercial support across various business areas.

Carolina Caicedo is a film and television producer with over 17 years of experience in the audiovisual industry. Throughout her career, she has worked on various international projects, including feature films and film format series, collaborating with renowned platforms and studios such as Netflix, HBO, Apple TV, Studio+, and Universal Pictures.

She has been a key part of critically and audience acclaimed productions, including: Del amor y otros demonios (2008), adaptation of Gabriel García Márquez's literary work, Los colores de la montaña (2009), Operación E (2010), Roa (2012), Manos sucias (2013), The 33 (2012-2013), Narcos (2014), American Made (2015), Loving Pablo (2016), Dedicada a mi ex (2017), La balada de Hugo Sánchez (2017), Wild District (2018-2019), Historia de un crimen: caso Colmenares (2018), El robo del siglo (2019), Los Espookys (2020), Malayerba (2021) and Echo 3 (2021).

Carolina currently serves as executive producer of One Hundred Years of Solitude for Netflix, winner of Best Series and Best Audience Series at the Platinum Awards 2025.

Gerardo graduated from Sabana University in Bogota with a bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Communication and Multimedia. He has been part of Dynamo since 2015, when he started as Production Coordinator, supporting international production services such as Narcos 1 (2015), Narcos 2 (2016), El Chapo (2017), and La balada de Hugo Sánchez (2018). He was unit manager on Triple Frontier (2018), and at the end of 2018, he transferred to Dynamo’s offices in Mexico to strengthen the Production team.

He has participated in both seasons of the Crime Diaries Franchise as Production Supervisor (2019, 2020). He recently produced the series Dale Gas for Netflix and Viacom (2021). He currently works as a Producer and is part of the production team of different premium projects for clients such as Netflix, Amazon, and Viacom that will be shot in Mexico. 

Mariana is a sociologist and began her professional career in the NGO field. In 2017, due to her passion for using the audiovisual medium as a catalyst for cultural change, she switched industries and began working at Dynamo, first in the Colombia office and then in the Mexico office, where she continues as a producer. Her projects include the films Los Fierros (2019) and Gemini Man (2019), and the series Frontera Verde (2019), S.O.Z. (2021), La cabeza de Joaquín Murrieta (2023) and One Hundred Years of Solitude (2024). Her goal as a producer is to find stories with social relevance and bring them to the screen.

Vivian is a film and television producer with experience in the audiovisual industry. She has served as Producer for the Encuentros Cartagena of the FICCI and also as General Producer of the Colombian Cinema Week of the Ministry of Culture and the Directorate of Cinematography. 

She has been part of the production team of several national and international projects for film and television such as Revelados (2008) broadcast for Channel 13 and El lado B de la historia (2008), broadcast for Señal Colombia. In 2015 she joined Dynamo where she has participated as Production Coordinator for Los fierros (2019), Executive Production Coordinator for HDUC: Colmenares (2019), and Production Coordinator Supervisor for El robo del siglo (2020). Currently, she is an Associate Producer for several projects in development.

Maria Fernanda graduated from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in 2015. She majored in TV, Radio, Film and completed two minors in Art History and Marketing. Before graduating she interned in Panama, New York, and LA. After graduation, Maria moved to NYC, where she started her career at Dynamo as an assistant to the CEO. Simultaneously, she worked on season 41 of Saturday Night Live as Script Coordinator. 

A year later, Maria transferred to Dynamo’s headquarters in Bogota, where she began working as production coordinator on projects such as Narcos Season 3 for Gaumont & Netflix, Mile 22 for STX Films, Gemini Man for Skydance & Paramount, and Triple Frontier for Netflix. In 2019 she was promoted to Head of Production Services, and from this role, she supervised projects such as Echo 3 for Apple TV+, Medellín for Prime Video, and Shadow Force for Lionsgate. 

Currently, she spearheads Dynamo’s production services department and is focused on bringing more foreign production to Colombia, Mexico, and Spain.

Mariana Vargas Guizar is Head of Unscripted Content at Dynamo and has 20 years of experience in the Latin American audiovisual industry. Throughout her career, she has created, developed, and supervised entertainment formats such as reality shows, docuseries, contests, and talent shows in Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.

Before joining Dynamo, she was Head of Entertainment/Content at Televisa-Univision for four years, leading successful projects for mass audiences. She has also worked in global production companies as Content Director and Showrunner.

At Dynamo, Mariana leads the creation and production of entertainment formats for streaming platforms and broadcast television in Mexico, Colombia, and Spain.

Julieta Brunero is the Head of Scripted Content at Dynamo, based in Mexico City. She holds a degree in Communications with a specialization in Journalism from the Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has over 18 years of international experience developing series, movies, television programs, and multiplatform content.

Julieta has worked across Latin America, the United States, and Europe throughout her career, leading multicultural teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships. Known for her strategic and creative approach, she has driven innovative content initiatives and was recognized with a Promax Award.

She has held key roles at major companies such as Netflix, The Walt Disney Company, and most recently, TIS Studios/Paramount Global, where she served as Director of Content.

Julieta leads the scripted content strategy at Dynamo for streaming platforms and broadcast television in Colombia, Mexico, and Spain.

Laura Rojas leads project development in Colombia, where she plays a strategic role in the identification, analysis, and support of new creative proposals. From her position, Laura is in charge of the search for talents, intellectual properties, and concepts that nurture Dynamo's pipeline.

A specialist in Languages and Cultural Studies with a focus on Journalism, Laura has more than 8 years of experience in the creation and development of written content for the audiovisual sector. Her academic background and editorial sensitivity allow her to detect stories with narrative, cultural, and commercial potential, that align with Dynamo's vision and market demands.

Daniela Gómez leads project development for Dynamo Mexico, where she drives the company's creative and strategic growth in one of the most dynamic markets in the audiovisual industry.

Daniela is a screenwriter with a degree in Communication and Audiovisual Media and a Master's Degree in Film and Television Scriptwriting, a background she has complemented with more than 13 years of professional experience in the audiovisual sector in Mexico and Madrid. Her work as a screenwriter has led her to collaborate with important content platforms in Mexico (Netflix, Amazon, and ViX), and she has won several awards for her writing, including an Ariel for Best Feature Film Screenplay in 2024 and a nomination for an International Emmy for Best Feature Film.

Genaro Quiroga leads content development for Dynamo Spain, where he drives the search for new ideas, intellectual properties, and creative talent to feed the company's project pipeline and strengthen its position in the European market. In this role, she accompanies the development of original stories and works closely with Dynamo's global team to expand its narrative offer and consolidate its presence in Spain.

A professional in Communications and Journalism, Genaro has more than 26 years of experience in creating, developing, producing, and managing creative teams for the entertainment and advertising industry. Among his most notable achievements are his role as executive producer of Búnker (nominated for the International Emmy Award—Best Comedy Series, 2022) and as showrunner of Cóyotl, an action and fantasy series produced by MAX.

Genaro has worked with companies such as HBO, Discovery Channel, Warner Media, Canal Sony, Televisa, TV Azteca, and Endemol, contributing his vision and creative leadership in high-impact projects for the Spanish-speaking market.

Teffy Cerón leads the operational management of Dynamo 's Fiction Content division. She oversees project tracking and execution of marketing and communication strategies, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with organizational goals.

With over a decade of international experience in the entertainment industry, she has worked across Latin America and Europe with companies such as Netflix—where she coordinated acquisitions and co-productions for the Latin American market—and Nostromo Live in Spain, where she implemented communication campaigns for large-scale theatrical productions. She also held key roles in the legal department at Televisa, focusing on production and distribution agreements for Videocine.

She is a lawyer specialized in copyright law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and holds a Master’s degree in Performing Arts Management from the Politecnico di Milano and Accademia Teatro alla Scala

Vanessa is a Business Administrator and specialist in Human Talent Management and Organizational Development. With over 8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, she has managed various processes within this department. She joined Dynamo in 2022 as the Coordinator of Human Talent Services and currently leads the department. Her objective is to direct and supervise the talent management, culture, leadership, and continuous improvement processes, ensuring that the department's strategy is aligned with the company's strategic plan and facilitates the achievement of organizational objectives.

With more than 15 years of experience in internal auditing, risk management, compliance, and process improvement, Lilian leads the Internal Control and Process Assurance area and provides a strategic approach to the company's sustainability and growth.

Lilian is an accountant and assurance and internal control specialist from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She has worked in national and multinational companies in various sectors, where she has consolidated her expertise in designing and implementing solid, adaptable, and results-oriented control environments.

Juan Carlos has a degree in International Business from the Universidad Intercontinental in Mexico City, a master's in Corporate Law from the Universidad Anáhuac, and a specialization in Entertainment Law from the Central Law School of México. He has work experience in both the public and private sectors. 

He worked for 5 years at ProMéxico, a dependency of the Ministry of Economy in Mexico, as part of the Business Intelligence Unit. In 2014 he started a project on his behalf that allowed him to create his brand, in addition to experimenting in the international market, opening in 2016 a company in Berlin - Germany, in charge of marketing Mexican spirits in the European Union. 

Since July 2019 he has served as Dynamo's Director of Operations in Mexico, being the operational arm with the office in Bogota and participating in different human talent, administrative, legal, financial, tax, accounting and production functions, in addition to being an important part of the team that manages the relationship with suppliers/clients for the company and the audiovisual projects.

Raúl has a Law degree from the University of Seville and a master's in Tax Law and Tax Consultancy from the Institute of Fiscal Studies, attached to the Ministry of Finance of Spain, and a master's in Account Auditing from the Center for Financial Studies and the UDIMA.

He has worked for more than 10 years in prestigious law firms advising on financial, accounting, and tax matters and has contributed during the last five years to the creation and development of the Fintech ecosystem in Spain, being the Legal, Administrative, and Financial Director in a pioneer firm in the sector.

Since February 2021, he has been the Operations Manager of Dynamo in Spain, being the operational arm with the office in Bogotá and participating in different functions in human talent, administrative, legal, financial, fiscal, accounting, in addition to being an important person in the team that manages the relationship with suppliers / clients for the company and the audiovisual projects.

Federico is an industrial engineer from Universidad del Valle, with more than 10 years of experience in the financial sector, where he has held various positions in the agribusiness, energy, construction, and film sectors. Currently, he leads the financial planning, treasury, accounting, and tax processes at Dynamo, playing a key role in the financial and operational stability of the company. His mission is to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of accounting and financial information, both at the corporate level and in each of Dynamo's projects.

As Corporate Controller, Federico works closely with the Production area, ensuring an effective alignment between financial and operational processes.

With over a decade of experience working in accounting for companies in the construction, oil, services, and information technology sectors, Betty leads Dynamo's accounting area. A public accountant specialized in financial management, her experience has allowed her to master financial environments, optimize accounting processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.

With more than 8 years of experience in the tax field, Erika leads Dynamo's tax management, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficiency in tax processes, and support for strategic decision making. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a specialist in Cultural Management from the International University of Catalonia, and holds a Master's Degree in Tax Administration and Management from the Externado University of Colombia.

At Dynamo, Erika is in charge of preparing and reviewing tax information, identifying non-deductible expenses and their impact on income tax, projecting the effective tax rate, and reporting key information to the Financial Management.

Ivonne is a professional film and television producer, graduated from the University Corporation Unitec, specialized in Television Making from the Javeriana University in Bogotá. With 10 years of experience in the audiovisual environment, developing different production charges in commercials, film festivals, videoclips, series, and films. She started her career in Canal Capital, then she started working as Production Assistant Jr. for commercials in Avenida Films. From 2012 to 2014, she was Production Assistant in Cartagena’s International Film Festival, FICCI. After that, she worked on projects in Dynamo and other production companies in which she was Transport Assistant for the series “Narcos” (2014-2017), in movies such as “The Belko Experiment'', “Gemini Man” and “Triple Frontier'' (2015 – 2018). Finally, she was Transport Coordinator in the movie “Mile 22”.

In 2018, she started her way as Production Coordinator, where she participated in series such as “Crime Diaries: Night Out” (2018), Wild District (2019), The Boy from Medellín (2019), and “Malayerba” (2020). She joined Dynamo in 2021 as Physical Production Coordinator to help, thanks to her experience, to improve and develop the production processes for our projects; in 2022 she took the position of Head of Physical Production, where she has accompanied Dynamo’s productions of the current year.  

Juan Larrota works hand in hand with the Chief Business & Legal Affairs Officer (CBO) to ensure regulatory compliance in all our productions. He is a lawyer with specializations in Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law, as well as in Litigation, fields in which he has developed solid experience, especially in private law and arbitration.

In his role, Juan manages the special legal procedures, permits, and due diligence necessary for Dynamo's productions and coordinates the execution of procedures before official entities and insurance companies. His work is key to ensuring that all projects comply with legal regulations

Silvia graduated in Advertising and Communications & Journalism from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University in Bogota. She also holds a Master's in Media, Communication, and Culture from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a postgraduate degree in Cultural Management from the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. She has worked in digital marketing, content creation, and communications, mainly in the cultural and public sector, such as Senal Colombia, Ministry of Culture, Teatro Colon, and Proimagenes Colombia / Colombia Film Commission.

She currently leads the Communications and Marketing department, focusing on establishing Dynamo's brand as a premium content production company.

Vanessa is a lawyer from Los Andes University with a Master's degree in Law from the same university, and an LL.M. degree with a specialization in Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law from Columbia University in New York. 

She began her career as an Associate at the law firm Brigard Urrutia, where she gained extensive experience advising both national and international clients on corporate, intellectual property, competition, and entertainment matters. 

Vanessa joined Dynamo as Legal Counsel / B.A. in the year 2022. Within the legal and B.A. team, she is responsible for conducting negotiations with streamers, talent, strategic partners, and suppliers involved in the audiovisual production chain in Colombia, Mexico, and Spain. She structures contracts aligned with this purpose and provides legal advice and support on internal corporate and administrative matters as needed.
